Additionally, she is instrumental in addressing issues related to charitable institutions and not-for-profit organizations. As a full-time Fellow Chartered Accountant and Partner in the firm, she holds a range of esteemed qualifications: FCA, CISA, DISA, Ind-AS, CCCA, B.Com., and Certified GST Professional.

Shivani Gang– FCA , B.Com(H)

Ms. Shivani Gang has over 20 years of post-qualification experience, specializing in statutory and internal audits, management consultancy, and advisory services for large corporations. She frequently engages with business owners and audit committees, offering thought leadership in assurance and risk management. As a full-time Fellow Chartered Accountant and Partner at the firm, she holds esteemed qualifications, including FCA and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours).

Akshat Khandelwal– FCA, B.Com, Cert. FAFD (ICAI)

Mr. Akshat has over 12 years of experience, including more than 3 years in Forensic Investigations, Data Analytics, Business Process Risk Consulting, Financial Due Diligence, and Fraud Detection using Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs). He has conducted numerous investigations and forensic audits for various legal agencies, including the CBI, EOW, and SEBI. As a full-time Fellow Chartered Accountant and Partner at the firm, he holds several distinguished qualifications: FCA, Certified FAFD (ICAI), and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Harsh Agarwal ACA, CCCA, NISM- Social Auditor, Public Finance and Government Accounting, B.Com

Mr. Harsh has over four years of experience in statutory and internal audits for public sector undertakings and banks. In addition to his auditing expertise, he possesses solid experience in project consultancy, company law matters, and management consultancy. His primary areas of specialization are assurance services and company law compliance. MMr. Mehta is a Fellow Member of the Institute with over 48 years of post-qualification experience. He specializes in statutory audits, internal audits, and the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports, which encompass monthly financial statements, inventory accounting, and strategic planning for clients. Additionally, he possesses extensive experience in ensuring compliance with RBI regulations concerning Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), including core investment firms. As a full-time Fellow Chartered Accountant and Partner at the firm, he holds several esteemed qualifications: FCA, P.F.G.A, and a Bachelor of Commerce.
